1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Truest, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its operation.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data outside of the intended interface.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
4. Truest Score and content
The Truest Score, product analyses, and other information provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases managed by the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions via your App Store settings.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and the Truest brand, is owned by Truest Labs Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. User feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant Truest a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truest Labs Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Truest Labs Inc, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
